Industry Background
I have been a retail broker for 15 years, and my most successful clients identify the market trend, and trade with that trend. My role is to help each of my clients develop an individualized game plan that is suitable for their risk tolerance level and account size. I analyze weekly, daily and intraday charts to help spot shifts in market trends and identify specific trade opportunities.Market Focus
Trend identification using my proprietary technical criteria that can be applied to a variety of global commodity and financial futures markets. My Approach
This chart of the S&P 500 provides an example of my approach. The first setup I like to look for is a 10-minute day session only chart on the S&P 500 cash index. I like to take long positions when the market is above my proprietary moving average, and initiate short positions when it is below. This technique helps me stay on top of the trend.
Trading Strategies
I identify trend patterns within markets according to my own proprietary indicators. Once specific criteria are met, I then “surgically strike” the market with buy and sell orders for my clients, with stop-loss protection.Technical Study Background
Proficient in most technical studies that are available on a variety of trading software packages and platforms: Candlesticks, Divergence, Stochastics, Bar Charts, Momentum, Moving Averages, Oscillators, Volume.Advisory Background
